We are Francesca and Gianfranco from Livorno. We are both public employee, I am born in 1957 and I am in charge of the museum of my city, Gianfranco is born in the “far” 1948
and he is the head of the urbanistic branch of the city of Livorno. We are travelling together since 1987 and we are interested in the whole globe. We love nature, animals, the sea,
costumes of the native people but also archeology and art. After having travelled to the “conventional” destinations, we found ourself in the Arctic, this extreme land fashinated us immediately and we hope we will continue to travel to the polar regions for many more years.
